Welcome radio fans to our new website. Our last website was just a place holder while we finished up this site. We are keeping up with the time by making this website very social networking friendly.
We encourage you to comment on our posts, comment on our shows, and most of all comment wherever its possible!
We'd also like to introduce the two newest members of the UIC Radio executive board, the student run board that runs the day-to-day operations at UIC.
Program Director Tashay Dennie: Tashay is a sophomore at UIC that comes from a radio background working at Power 92.3 True Star radio in various facets. She has worked with companies such as Toyota/Scion and Macy's to create promotions that benefitted True Star Radio and the companies. We look forward to having Tashay work with the station for the rest of her time at UIC!
Music Director Jordan Seaver: Jordan is a junior transfer student at UIC coming from Columbia in Chicago. He has worked alongside Music Directors at the University of Chicago's station, WHPK, as a station librarian, helping organize a large category of music. Jordan's expertise in local Chicago music is another welcomed addition to his skill set.
